Accommodation in the room on arrival day: after 15.00 h (if the room is ready and can be earlier)
Check-in day-out to 10.00 (by appointment and can be extended)
Cancellations are subject to cancellation accommodation services by the customer.
For group bookings, the conditions specified in the table below.
For travel agencies cancellation policies apply for group bookings.
• writing a confirmed reservation can be canceled without penalty 3 days before arrival.
• 2 days prior to arrival and no-show is charged at 100 %. In case of no show or cancellation of clients for reasons of unavoidable events or other matters understandable (ie force majeure), the cancellation after the announcement and the agreement does not.
A written order is such that meets all requirements and is sent by mail, fax, e-mail or via the web booking form. Written order: exact name and address, the date of issue, purchase order number, and possibly tax ID, bank account, certificate of incorporation or copies of trade license. Pension reserves the right to issue an invoice before check in advance, payable before the start of the event. Reservations are held until 18:00 on the day of arrival, the guest fails to report at the latest on arrival day to arrive later and confirmed if your reservation, the room offered to another person without compensation to the original host. We recommend that all guests booking in writing, to avoid problems with exhausted capacity.
Hotel is entitled to charge a cancellation fee for groups over 10 persons in the following cases:
• 30-23 days before arrival: 10 % of the stay price
• 22-14 days before arrival: 30 % of the stay price
• 13-08 days before arrival: 50 % of the stay price
• 07-02 days before arrival: 75 % of the stay price
• 01 night - no show: 100 % of the stay price.
These Terms and Conditions are negotiable and can be adjusted in special cases, further treaty.
In the event of a complaint, the customer is obliged to announce the removal of defects without undue delay during their stay so that they can be corrected on the spot to customer satisfaction.
