Pension Böhmerwald is situated in the central part of Železná Ruda near the Řezná streamlet and off the main traffic. At present this region belongs among sought-after touristy centres. Owning to its advantageous position almost at the border with Germany (Arberland – World Cup in downhill skiing), Železná Ruda has become a great starting point in discovering the Šumava and Bavarian Forest national parks.
